Hi, I’m Rosie — the heart behind Solar Haven Naturals. I’m a beekeeper and a mom of two little ones, and this brand was built right alongside both of those roles.
My journey began in my backyard, caring for bees and harvesting honey for my family. Working so closely with nature shaped the way I see wellness - simple, seasonal, and rooted in tradition. As I became a mother, my desire to create nourishing, trustworthy products for our home naturally grew into crafting elderberry syrup and sharing it with others.
Solar Haven Naturals is deeply personal to me. It reflects my love for the land, my respect for the bees, and my commitment to creating products I feel confident using for my own family.

Elderberry Haven Syrup is a small-batch, handcrafted herbal syrup thoughtfully made to support immune wellness throughout the seasons. Whole elderberries are gently simmered with complementary herbs, citrus, and warming spices using traditional methods, then blended with raw, unheated honey to preserve its natural enzymes and integrity.
Each ingredient is intentionally selected for both flavor and function, creating a syrup that is rich, balanced, and deeply nourishing. Never overheated and never rushed, this syrup reflects a return to slower, more mindful herbal preparation — the way it’s meant to be made.

Ingredients
Whole elderberries, raw unheated honey, rosehips, organic peel, ginger root, cinnamon, cloves, and filtered water. All organic.
Suggested Use
• Adults: 1 tablespoon daily
• Children (1 year+): 1 teaspoon daily
May be taken by the spoonful or added to tea, water, or juice. During times of increased need, servings may be taken up to 2–3 times daily.
Storage
Because this syrup contains no artificial preservatives, we recommend refrigeration. For long-term storage, freezing in small portions works beautifully and helps preserve quality. Enjoy fresh. Best used within 8 weeks.
Not recommended for children under 1 year of age due to raw honey.
